Package machine is the most rapid developing machine in China, because of the large quantity usage of the products, more and more investment will be put in developing this machinery, but when we use the package machine for a long time, especially under the condition of using the machine successively and overload, it is easy to meet some electric faults and mechanical faults, for example, the seal is not firm enough, the machine can’t move continuously and we can’t control the temperature. This article is focusing on the solution to these questions and the maintenance of sealing machine.

Firstly, the seal is not firm, the definition for it can be divided into three catalogs: 1, the seal of bags can’t stick together. 2, the seal of bags can stick together under pressure, but when we apply a low load of pressure on seal of bags, it will break again. The reasons for the first fault are listed below. Firstly, the temperature for the seal is not hot enough. Under general circumstances, take composite bags which is made of OPP for example, when the total thickness of the bag is between 80um and 90 um, the temperature for the seal will reach 170℃,as for PE, when the total thickness of the bag is between 85 um and 100 um, the temperature for the seal will reach 180℃. The bigger the thickness of the bag, the higher the temperature will be. Secondly, the speed of seal is too fast, the reason for that has something to do with the speed of the sealing machine. In a word, the solution for the first one is increasing the sealing temperature, lower the sealing speed, meanwhile increasing the pressure of the wheel. The reason for the second one is the low sealing temperature, the roughness of the blade and the heterogeneity of the pressure. The solution for this is adjusting the temperature to the suitable level, correcting the position of middle screw.  

Here is the maintenance of the device, firstly, we should put the sealing machine at a cool, ventilation place, which the temperature should be sustained at average 25 degree, when the sealing machine has been working for 48hours, you should fill 6# engine oil into every moving part of the machine. Keep the sealing machine from dust, when you don’t use the machine, keep it off electricity, when you find some parts of the whole machine greatly worn, you should replace the part for a new one.

Nowadays, our country’s package machine exist a lot of questions, firstly, it lacks of the regulation of the whole process, secondly, it lacks of the investment of the capital, the investment which the enterprise use to do research and develop is no more than 1% of the sales, thirdly, this machinery lacks of professional workers.

Compared with foreign countries’, the products of our countries’ package machinery have these gaps which should be solved. Firstly, the gap in the structure of the products, now in China, we have more than 1300 kinds of package machine, and we lack of high-precision and large scale products, which can’t meet the market demand, the gaps between our country and foreign country in the quality of the products are existing in the low product performance, instability, unreliability, unsightly appearance, high surface roughness, and so on. Secondly, considering the aspect of developing products, our country is still in the stage of simulating and testing products, and lack of the ability to innovate high and new technology, in China the money which is put on doing research is only 1% of the sales, on the contrary, in foreign countries, it can reach more than 10%. So according to the developing level of package machine in China, we are left behind for more than 20 years. In order to change this condition in package machine, here are some advices for adjusting the structure of products and increasing the ability of developing new products, firstly, we should build market-oriented structure, which changes the current condition which is low-tech and low competition, and eliminate some products which have low efficiency, high energy consumption, low additional value. Secondly, we should apply advanced technology to the package machine which is used in other areas, such as the technology of mechatronics, remote control technology, automatic flexible compensate technology, and so on. Thirdly, nowadays the specialization of products is becoming the main trend in manufacturing area, some general standard parts are no longer produced by the package machine companies, and some special parts are produced by high levels of professional manufacturer, so what the real package machine doing is assembling the products. Some experts point out that we should try at the following aspects, we should reinforce macro guidance and reconcile the contradiction among machineries, according to the development condition of package machinery in China, we should import advanced device, and absorb high technology from abroad. We should adjust the structure of machinery, increase the concentration of manufacturing and we should also promote the specialization and series of manufacturing. In package machinery, we put great effort on promoting the technology of CAD/CAM technology, and make products more precise and more professional. Then we should improve management, break boundaries between departments and optimize the combination among departments which can make great profit for this machinery.

According to the survey of marketing, researchers find that the development of marketing will show three different kinds of features.

Firstly, independent innovation of band plays an important role in developing its own band. Nowadays, low level of duplicate construction in package machine has given rise to the slow development of upgrading in machinery and independent innovation. According to the estimation of expert, the development of package machine marketing will show the following feature, firstly, Tech of package machine marketing is accumulated gradually, in China some of the package machine have low tech, at the same time, a lot of advanced technology have been used to develop package machine, such as remote control technology (include monitoring ), stepping motor control technology, automatic flexible compensation technology, laser cutting technology, information processing technology, and so on.

Secondly, the package machine marketing is increasing monopolization, at the present, except some small scale of package machine ,the majority of package machine in Chinese marketing have no system and scale, especially some package production line which the marketing need the most are monopolized by the minority of large package machine companies.

Finally, the production of parts in package machine is becoming professional, now the international package machine focus on the general ability of the whole package system, so the specialization of producing parts in package machine is an inevitable trend. So in the future, we can give parts to those professional producers.

Secondly, new technology will join in the package machine and promote the development of package machinery. Packaging is the necessary part for the product to enter the circulation area, and we must use package machine to pack. So package technology is more important in the process of development.

Thirdly, we should develop independent band through more channels. Nowadays, all countries are focusing on the development of package machine, we can integrate all kinds of technologies together to make the product more easier and more convenient to be used, we can also make an effort in the structure of products, change the condition of low tech and low competition, and eager to develop those device which can make the energy consumption lower and make the efficiency higher.

On the whole, we should focus on developing core technology and match the competitor in selling, and have our own band.
